Civil Engineering Institute "IG" - was established, because of need for civil engineering economy, energy and ecology in sense of dealing with different problems from above mentioned fields. The key personnel are young and experienced engineers who can solve the most complex problems in the filed of civil engineering, energy and ecology.
The Institute also possesses Mobile Ecological Laboratory, which has been integrated into the system with ability to accomplish quick, precise, qualitative and quantitative, stationary and/or mobile measurements and analyses of the following:

• Exhaust gases concentration (SO2, H2S, CXHY, CH4, NOX, NO2, NO, CO, O3, CO2, TSP and sediments);

• The most important micrometeorological parameters (speed and direction of wind, temperature-humidity-pressure, sun radiation);

• Other parameters relevant for testing of air, water, soil, noise and waste:
  - Emission parameters by special equipment
  - Preparation of elaborates on environment influence
  - Preparation of elaborates on pollution
  - Air quality control
  - Oil quality and liquid oil derivatives quality control
  - Emission gases measurement and analyses

In the sense of pre-qualification request, the majority of those experts have very rich working experience on similar projects where they worked as Project Managers or executed works in accordance with similar projects procedures. The Institute proposed complete technical assistance when it comes to project documentation completion, designing and technology of works execution, technical supervision of execution, preliminary and control testing of installed material and hand over of finished object to an Investor together with As-built drawings and necessary documents on agreement. Civil Engineering Institute has business centers in Banja Luka, Trebinje, Brèko and Pale and deals with scientific-research activities, and provision of expert and consultant services in the field of ecology and civil engineering. Having in mind that the Institute employs professional staff, and uses all world recognized methods, the Institute can solve the most complicated tasks in the following fields:
